Description:

This is a cationic quaternary polymer, a special product for wastewater color treatment.
Working high performance with the textile dyeing wastewater.
A high rate of decolorization and COD decreasing for different color wastewater, especially the textile, dyestuff, ink, paper making wastewater.
By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with a color removal chemical by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs. Can be adsorbed dye, destabilization of the snare, from water separation, so as to achieve the purpose of bleaching.
It is used to solve such problem: the colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process houses, in water scarce areas, it comes as heaven-sent facilitating recycling of the industrial effluent into process water.
It can be used before or after the biochemical treatment, suggested to dose after the biochemical treatment, can be with low consumption, and low effect to the bacteria.

As coagulant for color removal treatment for high-colority effluent from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, ink & paper making mills.
Especially high performance for treating wastewater with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc..
As retention agent used in the production process of paper & pulp

Competitive Advantage:

1	Very fast sedimentation and good flocculation in pretreatment suggested using with polyaluminium chloride together to reduce the cost.
2	Used to de-color high-colority effluent from dyestuffs plants.
3	Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%).

Application Methods:

1	Prepare solution first, mix color remocal chemical with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution.
2	Mix polyaluminium chloride with water to get solution of 2-5% Al2O3 content.
3	Have solution of Anionic Polyacrylamide, 0.1% concentration.
4	Have effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-10.(It is very important to let color removal cheical works well)
5	Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes
6	Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes
7	Add small content of anionic polyacrylamide solution, mix slowly to have big floc.
8	Sedimentation, Check color for treated effluent

Package and Storage:

30kgs, 50kgs, 250kgs net plastic drums and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
Suggested to store in room temperature, would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
